To help create an incredible experience for our clients at the Goodwood Festival of Speed we are looking for an experienced:
**Event Project Manager (temporary or freelance)**

You can either be based in the UK or in the Geneva area to work closely with our Geneva based events & Experience team to make the Goodwood Festival of Speed a raging success for the brand. You can work either on a freelance base or get a temporary internal contract with us.

Being one of the main sponsors of the event, we are looking for an additional help to plan and execute this event. You will be the main point of contact for this event internally and for external partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Roger Dubuis hospitality and presence:

- Link between architect team and local stage production agencies having a close look to production until delivery of the space
- Link between Roger Dubuis and Goodwood festival of speed management to prepare adequately on the ground project activation
- Preparation of all hospitality related packages for Roger Dubuis VIPs travelling to Goodwood
- Vendors sourcing, negotiation and contract preparation
- Supervise production of printing collaterals and other related items
- Off-site and on-site logistic

- You are available IMMEDIATELY until end of July
- You have worked 10+ years in events ideally within the luxury or automotive industry and you have previous experience with the GoodWood Festival of Speed
- You have a proven track record of driving creative, large-scale events and creating unparalleled brand experiences
- You don’t know problems only solutions
- You have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, think pragmatically and are able to ‘do more with less’
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can make things happen
- Knowing luxury codes is definitely a plus
- You are known to be an expert communicator and you speak fluent English, any other languages are of course a plus
- You are open to travel between Geneva and the UK frequently
