**Work Location**: Geneva, Switzerland
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement the Workplace Services strategy for our global campus (Perfumery, R&D, Test & Beyond) located in Meyrin-Satigny and our Ingredient site in La Plaine.
Accountable for all services and performance delivered by our key partners in multiple fields such as Facility Management, on-site events supervision. Restaurant & Catering offering, Security, Mobility or Laboratories’ Services.
In charge of redefining the purpose of our Workplaces and make the adequate changes (including Digital solutions) in a context of hybrid way of working.
Infuse a culture of hospitality and services contributing to the attractiveness of Firmenich
Act as a change agent working in close collaboration with the General Manager, the business leaders and the employees
Own a multimillion CHF budget for Soft Services and Monitor the delivery of local Capex contributing to the improvement of the campus and user experience.
**We Value**:
**Education**: Hospitality background is our preference but we also value BA degree in business management, FM, Real Estate or other equivalent area of expertise
10 -15 years of experience in hospitality and/or Facility management as Director and/or Senior manager
Strong emotional intelligence and communications skills
Change Management skills is a MUST
Supplier performance Management
Project Management
Fluent in French and English
