**Regional Laboratory Services Director - Consumer Fragrances Europe** **Geneva, Switzerland** **On site (sporadically hybrid)** The Regional Laboratory Services Director will lead all regional perfumery sampling laboratory services (multiple sites and team > 60) and delivers an optimal sampling service to support the local/regional business development strategy with an effective control of operating cost for the below scope: - Stock management of perfumery raw materials, fragrance oils, consumer fragrance bases and all other chemicals, packagings components - Fragrance compounding robot and manual operations - Application laboratories for all considered categories including: - Sampling for fragrance development/submission and for consumer testing - Stability testing At dsm-firmenich people are at the heart of the company.
