Chemours is seeking a(n) **EMEA Sales Director**to join our growing **Sales**team This position will report directly to the **Global Commercial Senior Director.** **JOB SUMMARY** **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following**: - Responsible for leading the Sales of the APM portfolio across industrial segments - Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the commodity product portfolio. - Provide strategic direction to ensure that all assigned sales programs/ policies are aligned with and support the business’ objectives. - Ensure adequate channel strategy deployment and channel coverage across the region to deliver business growth targets in the region. - Provide direction and leadership to the assigned sales team including people management of a remotely based sales force. - Lead the Company’s presence at regional trade shows and facilitate key customer engagement - Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology - Analyze, evaluate and upgrade, if/as needed, the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results - Develop and manage sales budgets - Participating in the development of new project proposals - Coordinates liaison between sales, marketing and product development, engineering, R&D **The following is**_required _**for this role**: - Min 10 to 15 years of international experience in the Chemical or related industries - 5 + years of Sales Management experience and managing distributors across EMEA - Track Record in leading teams and projects - Strong desire for challenging scenario - Results Driven, risk friendly, energetic, business minded - Fluent in English; German would be a plus for the customers, but any European language can be interesting **Benefits**: Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages Tuition Reimbursement Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
