**MISSION**
The **International Commercial Partnerships Director** has the responsibility to better integrate our external commercial partners within our Cartier ecosystem. The main mission is to develop the appropriate commercial relations and policies with all networks (watch specialists, external boutiques, online partners, etc.) and operations (third-party business development, license, etc.) operated by external partners, to align them with Cartier internal retail approach and standards of client’s experience.
In this role, you will have the responsibility to help guarantee overall Cartier image within our external network, in collaboration with markets and through the animation of the various communities of commercial teams in markets, partners, external boutique staff, POS ambassadors.
Within the International Retail Department, you will be part of the overall governance of the department, working closely with all other central commercial teams and market entities to reach the 2 main objectives of the commercial directions**: building brand equity** and **driving sales**.
You will be one of the actors of the commercial transformation across the Maison and the implementation of the Luxury New Retail with partners.

**OVERALL SUPPORT**
**STRATEGY FRAMEWORK & GUIDANCE**
- Define Cartier overall commercial partnership strategy with external partners as well as commercial terms
- Ensure alignment on strategy with management and key stakeholders
- Prepare the framework for the good execution of mid to long-term strategy with markets, partners, and key stakeholders
- Follow-up with markets and readjustment
**LUXURY NEW RETAIL TRANSFORMATION**
- Define Luxury New Retail for partners
- Ensure internal alignment on LNR Partners
- Develop programs and projects that will enable the LNR transformation for partners and their integration within Cartier ecosystem and logic of “One Network, One Stock, One Team”
**INTEGRATION OF EXTERNAL PARTNERS**
- Include all external partners within the scope: external boutiques, watch specialists, online pure players, Kering Eyewear, Pre-Owned partners
- Adapt Cartier projects, activation package, procedures, policies to external partners context and reality
- Work in collaboration with all central departments to always integrate external partners specificities within Maison overall marketing, communication, and retail plans
**GUIDE & SUPPORT MARKETS IN ELEVATING THE PARTNERSHIPS**
- Develop direct relationships with key commercial partners of the Maison: key accounts, strong independents in large markets, Kering Eyewear, pure players, etc.
- Participate to regular and multiple market visits to motivate and guide commercial teams, to better assess the partnerships in place and to meet with relevant partners.
- Coordinate KAM action plans with regions and central departments, considering group realities where relevant (SWM/TimeVallée)
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- Without a direct P&L responsibility, contribute to growing watch specialists, external boutiques, eyewear and online partners’ sales under a healthy framework, developing sell-out and controlling both network selectivity/excellence and brand equity
- Ensure development of high-end sales in partners networks in collaboration with HJ central business unit and HJ regions
- Accompany the development of Eyewear in our boutiques and within the Maison
- Define proper commercial & partnership approach on the second-hand market
**LEAD OR CONTRIBUTE TO IRD/MAISONS PROJECTS**
- Act as key stakeholder to Watches and Wonders, Market Action Plans and Retail Summit
- Be part of IRD Management team
**ORGANIZATION / TEAM MANAGEMENT (18 headcounts)**
