**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Führungskraft sind Sie für die Organisation und Steuerung eines Teams verantwortlich Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Service-Desks und der internen IT-Services durch die Koordination aller Aktivitäten und Prozesse
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Administration und Wartung von Rechenzentren, Hardware und Software
- Als Leiter/in für die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der Tätigkeiten des Teams treiben Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Arbeitsbereichs und des Workflows voran
- Sie sind für die Überwachung von Aufträgen, die Bearbeitung von Tickets und die Eskalation bei Kundenanfragen und internen Problemen zuständig, um die Qualität und Zufriedenheit der Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Service-Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit auf einem hohen Niveau bleiben
- Sie planen und betreuen Audits und sind aktiv an internen Projekten beteiligt, von der Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung von Verbesserungen und Innovationen

**Deine Skills**:

- Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik (Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbar)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle
- Hohe emotionale Intelligenz und Bereitschaft, Initiative und Engagement zu zeigen
- Belastbarkeit und Entschlossenheit auf einem hohen Niveau
- Umfassendes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere in Bezug auf Infrastrukturthemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Methoden wie ITIL und ISO 27001
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- Freude an der direkten Kundenkommunikation und hohe zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen
