Team Manager Middle Office Fund Operations
Aufgaben
Project Manager and team leader in the Middle Office of Asset Management and responsible for designing and optimizing processes and tools / Review and fine-tune Middle Office responsibilities / As POC, responsible for fund processes, including fund launch and coordinate service providers / Monitoring and review of processes, data infrastructure and data quality in the investment portfolios / Monitoring of fund operations and control of fund documentation and its up-to-date status / Monitor internal and external KPIs throughout the fund lifecycle to ensure high quality workflows / Continuous efforts to optimize Middle Office in coordination with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Investment Operations, Client Service, IT and external service providers / Control data from external asset managers, data service providers and data suppliers of market data and improve quality of data and reporting / Ongoing collaboration with Senior management and management of the interfaces to several departments / Project management, further digitalization of processes, data and systems / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Finance / Previous work experience in the middle office of a trading department, in asset management or with a fund service provider / Work experience or fund operations and/or fund accounting / Experienced as a highly motivated project manager or team leader / Ability to lead people during projects and to further the won team / Analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail / Accurate and independent way of working / Productive and able to work under work and time pressure / Service-oriented with the ability to share information / Proficient with MS-Excel / German and English.
