You will be ensuring that the HR Operations framework, governance and metrics are in place to support the HR action plans and driving continuous improvement activities across the function, enabling the execution of the E-mobility business and people strategy.

Global Division HRBP, E-mobility

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the creation and execution of the HR operations strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Functions in the E-mobility Business
- Ensuring alignment with overall HR Model across the business to agreed standards and targets
- Working with the ABB E-mobility HR team for developing and maintaining the HR Operations governance in the Business and working with the ABB HR corporate team and GBS via SLAs ensuring clear governance / RACI is in place
- Delivery of reporting requirements to ensure transparency for stakeholders
- Serving as a point of escalation for Business HR team members to resolve any complex issues with GBS or the SLA and driving continuous improvement activities across HRBP team
- Presenting and engaging the business with consistent People & Organization KPI and ensuring effective partnership between business and GBS via SLA
- Working with Controlling for ensuring transparency of HR cost base and HR-driven costs and leading a motivated and engaged team to ensure delivery of objectives
- Making improvement, partnering in the development and implementation of both new and/or modified HR programs and processes in the Business
- Monitoring HR data integrity in the Business and ensure appropriate governance while taking the business lead in HRIS, including OM / data management, SPOC of IS for HRIS topics, etc.
- Engagement with ABB’s Project Fusion, ensuring readiness for successful HRIS implementation and/or exploring alternative scenarios, ensuring that business’ needs are met
- Understand business needs/ requirements and convert those into a tactical and strategic HR
- Together with HR Business Partners, convert business priorities/ strategic planning into HR planning and deliveries to pro-actively prepare for business demand/ requirements
- Identify and evaluate best-practices in ABB and externally to further improve and anticipate business needs/ demands pro-actively
- Build a reliable and sustainable collaboration network with relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective HR operation
- Establish HR Operations as a well-recognized strategic advisory and business partner to support business success

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any field
- 8+ years of experience in HR / related function, in which a minimum of 3 years in HR operations ideally with international exposure
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expertise in Process thinking, HRIS knowledge and have Continuous improvement mindset
- Understanding of business drivers and how best to leverage HR
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience in cross-functional, international collaboration
- Results focused and actions oriented along with strong attention to detail and must be able to take ownership
