**Job Description**:
Together with other HR Operations professionals and in close cooperation with other HR colleagues, you will be supporting our legal entities in Switzerland (Zurich, Ticino and Geneva). You will be responsible for various HR administration tasks from A to Z.

**Your key tasks**
- Management of HR administration tasks related to the full life cycle of the employee (from on-boarding to off-boarding)
- Preparation of employee related documentation (e.g. contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, work confirmations)
- Management of employee data in SAP HCM system including electronic employee files management
- Providing support and advisory to employees for their requests and questions
- Management of payroll related tasks and act as point of contact with our external payroll provider
- Process optimization and participation on various projects.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 4 years of working experience in HR Operations/Payroll/Generalist role
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security system and immigration/work permit processes
- German mother tongue and fluency in English
- SAP HCM experience and advanced MS-Office knowledge
- High attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to work in a very dynamic environment
- Reliable, responsible and customer-oriented.

- Italian and/or French language
- Knowledge of Success Factor
