**Global HR Operations Partner, Motion (flexible location)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Helping business teams for understanding the current HR processes and tools and how to translate the business demand into HR practices/activities
- Driving development projects and facilitating continuous improvement activities for HR in the business.
- Guiding Motion HR organization on the governance framework and coordinating the changes in the Motion BAT related to HR
- Identifying needs for knowledge sharing in HR teams (in Business and in HR Services).
- Ensuring HR delivery to agreed standards and targets.
- Analyzing challenges and providing findings and advice, based on da-ta.
- Working with respective stakeholders to provide relevant HR performance KPIs for business stakeholders
- Identifying and communicating simple solutions to the internal stake-holders.
- Supporting the smooth onboarding for new joiners in business HR roles

**Your background**:

- Master or Bachelor of science in Economics / Finance / Administration / Information Management / Engineering or similar.
- 5-8+ years of experience in HR / or cross-functional with international exposure.
- Project Management competence, service minded and problem solver.
- Results focused, and actions oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture, while taking ownership of actions.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and lean process thinking, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a benefit.
- At ease with numbers and strong analytics assessment capabilities/expertise and understanding of business drivers and how-to best leverage HR.
- Good communicator with influencing skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
