The global mobility function supports the management of employee movement across the globe. We achieve this by providing specialist knowledge and expertise to deliver development opportunities, solutions, advice, compliance and risk mitigation to our people and the business. The Global Mobility Project Manager helps support this mission statement at a strategic level. Working closely with the Head of Global Mobility providing support on objectives, policy development, project support, development and implementation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Global responsibility for the overall alignment and implementation of the GM process in the current operating model including the change management responsibilities for GM in various projects.
- Support M&A activity as it relates to Global Mobility
- Lead KPI deliverables for GM.
- Hold main accountabilities for GM Assignment Management Tool.
- Lead Workday integration with Assignment Management tool
- Main owner for procedure docs and updating as needed
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Coordinate any team meeting and support communication plans.
- Plan and manage project goals and project schedules
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
- Communicate with team and customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and various training as needed.

**Your background**:

- A Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in managing global mobility matters or in HR.
- Adequate experience to be able to operate at a Group level and influence key stakeholders.
- A strong knowledge of global mobility issues including immigration, tax, policy development, cross-border working, compensation practice, benefit management and issue resolution.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manipulate data to report on trends and common themes.
- Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
- Good organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and priorities work load.
- Delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable.
