Project Business Analyst
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Master Data
- Governance for Suppliers (SAP MDG-S) in close collaboration with ABB Business, ABB-GBS and IS.
- Coordinate the activities between global project team, local implementation teams, IS Operations and external service provider
Ensure alignment with the ABB Way Finance Transformation Program, Central Finance platform and other ongoing initiatives
- Support the set-up of the operations team in GBS Finance Operational Services and GBS IS during the roll-out journey
- In collaboration with Internal control, review and simplify the internal control framework
- Drive a cultural change towards standardization and user centricity
- Support and coordinate data migration and data cleansing exercises that will be required during the global roll-out
- Prepare and follow detailed project plan and track progress
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks
- Manage global project resources, coordinate their activities, and support their development
**Your background**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Procurement global transformation with a focus on Supplier Master Data
- Experience in rolling out a global Master Data solution is an asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (technical or organizational)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Ideally holder of Green Belt or Black Belt, and proven track record of first class program or project management
Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
- Deep knowledge about management of supplier master data in SAP (General Data, Company Code Data, Purchasing Organization Data)
