In our modernization journey of ABB Finance, Procure to Pay is evolving into a process led organization. Our mission is to drive end to end collaboration As a Procure to Pay (P2P) Compliance Lead, you will lead P2P data driven compliance journey covering internal controls, policies, data analytics. In your role, you will be responsible for the streamlining and globalization of our internal control framework, drive the simplification and harmonization of our end to end policies and develop appropriate dashboards and data analytics. The role reports to the P2P Global Process Owner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build and lead ABB-P2P compliance team in close collaboration with GRC governance, Finance Accounting Services and ABB businesses
- Build ABB -P2P consequence management strategy
- Responsible for the end-to-end simplification of P2P Policies: improve policies’ visibility (knowledge management), consistency and self-service (search functionalities), lead and coordinate, policies rollout, training, and communication, lead the rollout of the P2P Policy and Portal framework.
- Antibribery, Corruption and integrity (ABAC): support deployment and monitoring of compliance of Integrity, Antibribery and corruption policy, develops framework for risk management and response in cooperation with the relevant corporate/BA functions
- Owns P2P analytics: drives P2P data and process mining strategy, translate P2P transformation initiatives into actionable KPIs and dashboards with the right granularity, drives and supports P2P transition from local to global.
- Drive a cultural change towards standardization and user centricity.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or Master degree(audit/finance/accounting)
- 8-10 years of experience in business risk, audit and internal control, preferably in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process.
- Solid understanding of internal controls methodology and practices professional qualification equivalent to CPA/CIA/CISA is an advantage
- Strong people management skills and/or experience and good business understanding and working experience in the area of process improvements as well as project management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment, problem solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding consequences in a systemic manner
- Good at networking (finding the right people in the organization), fluent in English language (spoken and written) and good influencing skills: create appetite for simplifications and willingness to change
- Communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders, with the ability to influence without management authority
