As a Global Cybersecurity Lead, E-mobility, responsible to assure implementation of Cybersecurity Group Instruction within Division in all relevant current areas (product development, project execution and service delivery) and upcoming (under definition). ABB connected chargers enable fast global service and pro-active maintenance. ABB is market leader and has years of experience in creating, installing and maintaining charging infrastructure, including several nationwide charger networks.

SVP - Digitial Services & SW Platforms

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establishing and leading adequate cybersecurity organization within e-Mobility Division, incl. regional presence (e.g. CN, US)
- Working with the Technology Centers and various teams in e-Mobility functions to implement the cyber security requirements and ensure it complies with defined organization standards
- Responsible to identify and coordinate internal/external parties supporting e-Mobility in the regular testing and cybersecurity assessment for Products, Solutions, Fleet, Services, etc.
- Representing the Division in the various internal/external Cybersecurity Councils and forums
- Active involvement in the definition and review of cyber security requirements and implementation plans and status for all offerings (incl. Products, solutions, fleet, service offerings, project execution, ABB Digital offerings as well as special e-Mobility customer requirements
- Driving awareness in the Division Teams on cyber security risks, requirements and compliance, track and report compliance to ABB cyber security
- Responsible that all incidents are handled and reported according to ABB standards (e.g. vulnerability handling policy), in case any
- Provide technical cyber security-related expertise to Division/Local units, Tech centers and Portfolios
- Support Division sales/marketing teams in cybersecurity communication related aspects
- Capture relevant standardization committees for Cybersecurity and ensure ABB e-Mobility’s participation, aligned with ABB and e-Mobility cybersecurity strategy

**Your background**:

- PhD in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics or MsC plus equivalent professional experience
- Ideally 10years+ of experience in defining, designing and guiding implementation of cyber security best practices and standards for Industrial products
- Must have: 5+ years of experience in cyber security for embedded and cloud hosted products
- In-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, security, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and risk management and mitigation
- Strong record in effective communication with different external and internal partners, incl. familiar in coordinating with various teams in a Global environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, Dutch language skills are a plus
