The GTM Manager, Cybersecurity and Modern Collaboration will have a mission to implement and manage a consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy, ensure Cybersecurity and Modern Collaboration are grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy and drive our expansion in Switzerland. This key position belongs to the Go-To-Market Unit and will report directly to the Senior Director, Go-To-Market.

**In this role, you will**:
- Lead a team of Specialized Sales, Consultants and Architects
- Be responsible for building, maintaining and handling the Cybersecurity and Modern Collaboration practices strategies for Switzerland to enable and integrate a continuous delivery.
- Manage the transformation and growth for selling the solutions across Switzerland.
- Translate and align the NTT group offering to the Swiss market demand.
- Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to create, implement, and manage a technology roadmap that articulates the positioning, capabilities and features for enablement of delivery capability
- Work with relevant stakeholders to document and manage the formal plan of record including business outcomes, release plan, investment plan, resource plan, assumptions, risks and issues.
- Demonstrate NTT capability and experience in the relevant practice area or service area - resulting in the expansion of existing client accounts.
- Lead and plan marketing campaign initiatives together with marketing team
- Develop cross-GTM initiatives and work with cross team attitude by engaging with the different sales and technical teams
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how NTT can add value through its products and services solutions offerings.
- Be involved yourself and drive some large deals with global Swiss companies.
Cybersecurity
- Own and optimize the Cybersecurity portfolio investment for the owned responsible business solutions to the client needs and align with business strategies and priorities.
- Conduct solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.
- Implement standards and tools for new solution architecture and deliver continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable and competitive practice.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions.
Modern Collaboration
- Understand market trends, key drivers and client requirements and their translation into executable workplace initiatives and programs, aligned with NTT global and European strategy
- Be responsible for the intelligent workplace portfolio and onboarding of new vendors and services and the development of the intelligent workplace business pitch, sales enablement and account mapping with sales team
- Support alliance with two main vendors, Microsoft and Cisco. Understand their value proposition, programs and sales plays and translating into NTT’s value proposition.
- Actively visit clients, position NTT workplace portfolio and explain business benefits to develop and generate new opportunities and business in intelligent workplace area.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant of work experience in Business Development in IT environment
- Ability to define a methodology and strategy to generate new business (cross-sell, upsell, and lead generation)
- Strong understanding of the Swiss ICT landscape and Cybersecurity and Modern Collaboration related business (market, trends, competitors) to identify and win opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a specialized sales team (technical and non-technical individuals)
