Are you eager to work in an environment where passion, trust, and collaboration are paramount? Do you find excitement in accelerating our transition towards automation and the public cloud? We are seeking a Head of Agile Collaboration Tools with strong Product Ownership and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) experience to realise the benefit from the agile way of working, automation and cloud
- technologies while ensuring stable, secure, compliant and cost-effective operations.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the implementation and evolution of our Agile Collaboration Tools strategy on-premise and in the public cloud
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage the roadmap and backlog of our Atlassian tools based on customer needs and ensure stable and cost-effective service delivery
- Work closely with the People Head to manage resources and foster people development in accordance with organizational and product goals
- As a professional leader and visionary with a strong technical understanding, shape the team culture and continuously evolve our agile way of working and represent the team towards customers and within projects

**What You Bring**:

- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to express opinions openly, provide technical feedback (e.g., reviewing pull requests and system architecture documents) and ignite the fire in others for the agile way of working.
- Good technical understanding of collaboration tools, preferably Atlassian Jira and Confluence. General knowledge of Linux, Containers, Databases and Automation is a plus
