**Head of Integrated Reporting Tools**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for finance and controlling reconciliations between finance integrated reporting tools within defined organizational parameters and developing a strategic financial reporting plan in the overall finance core integrated reporting environment
- Lead the design and automation of Finance integrated reporting tools, including custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for real-time financial insights
- Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity, implementing controls to comply with policies and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Finance, Finance Group Process Owners, IS, Businesses and other functions to meet their finance core reporting needs
- Lead and develop a team of reporting analysts and specialists, promoting continuous improvement and professional development
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization and suppliers to support team objectives, and facilitate use of appropriate data platforms and solutions
- Establish robust validation processes for analytical outputs with a zero-tolerance approach to errors and foster a community for sharing analytics skills and best practices

**Your background**:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., SAP Certification) is highly desirable
- Minimum 10 years of experience with advanced demonstrated know-how as follows:

- An experienced leader of Reporting and Analytics in a large organisation, with a strong track record of driving operational improvement from the delivery of insightful and well-presented analytical outputs
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW and SAP Group Reporting. Familiarity with its reporting and analytics capabilities
- A commercially astute storyteller, comfortable discussing how operational performance is impacting financial performance across the P&L, and how your recommended changes in approach, backed by thorough analytics, can improve the current position
- Significant experience in financial management and SAP Central Finance, with a proven track record of successful SAP CFIN implementations and management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, and compliance regulations
- A functional specialist, who leverages their skills and experience to drive strategic change and influence commercial decisions at the top table
- Experienced in managing conflicting demands in situations of pressure where priorities are rapidly changing
- Experience of having to communicate clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organisation and explain and discuss technical issues using a range of styles, tools and techniques
