This role is the essential driving force to define and implement the Takeda EUCAN Oncology Go To Market model of the future, with a broad range of responsibilities:

- Work with highly cross-functional regional, local and global teams to define our future Go To Market model,
- Focusing on omnichannel orchestration for all our customer-facing personnel
- Contributing to our operating model, roles and resourcing of all our customer-facing and field-team-enabling personnel
- Contributing to ways of working and tools, including novel decision engines and advanced analytics
- Change management: Lead the adoption of our future Go To Market model by customer-facing teams in our markets:

- Train and coach first-line sales managers, key account managers and medical science liaisons
- Demonstrate desired ways of working, mindset and behaviors
- Champion a test-and-learn approach to incrementally build data & digital literacy
- Campaign execution: Work with the Campaign Operations team, local IT business partners and brand teams in Takeda to deliver omnichannel campaigns in our key markets
- Community building:

- Build a strong and cohesive OCE community and represent that community to the region
- Actively drive collaboration and the sharing of best practices also with other parts of Takeda, such as other regions
- With the Strategy & Business Operations team, trackour success:

- Focus on customer interaction metrics, distil and discuss implications for continuous improvement
- Support our local teams in continuous improvement and the incremental building towards our future GTM model

DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
- **

**Astute and demonstrated understanding of Pharma Go To Market approaches**
- Own experience from working in-country for a Pharma company either in marketing, medical or sales functions - ideally a combination of experiences in the following roles: Key Account Manager, First Line Sales Manager, Medical Science Liaison, Brand Lead, Medical Advisor
- Demonstrated success in implementing new approaches for the above-mentioned functions

- Strong track record of expressing and implementing an independent view toward decision making

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**
- BS/BA required, Advanced degree considered a plus
- 5+ years of business experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or BioTech industry in a country, with strong track record in combination of marketing, sales and/or medical roles
- Experience in a regional role or with collaborations with regional and local teams is preferred
- Experience with development and execution of omnichannel campaigns demonstrating traceable impact on customers is preferred
- Knowledge of omnichannel/digital technologies is preferred
- Project Management experience required
- Fluent in English; command of German, Italian, French or Spanish considered a plus
- High energy and unquestionable integrity
