**Job Description**:
- Drive product delivery for Click to Pay for Germany/Switzerland/Netherlands
- Work closely with Visa Europe hub teams to help scale adoption including understanding and addressing associated impacts and requirements, providing critical local knowledge and insights
- Manage day to day and ad-hoc requests, incl. issue resolution, management presentations & alignments, key analyses and follow-ups
- Work closely with industry and internal stakeholders across the organisation to understand market needs and improve solutions with enhancements that lead to better competitiveness, as well as pricing impacts and go-to-market requirements
- Provide input to the product innovation process, particularly relating to improvements in existing frameworks
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives
- Aadapt overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities
- Review market activity to ensure product propositions remain differentiated and compelling
- Independently run projects and manage the end-to-end process, incl. workplan, recurring working group meetings, alignment on actions, tracking & monitoring of progress
- Provide support and direction to cluster Product teams as required, incl. support with ad-hoc requests and ensuring right prioritisation & Hub support of key initiatives based on annual planning and strategic outlook
- Support key priorities and initiatives from Central Europe and European leadership as required
- As requirements of this role evolve, adapt to growing needs of the team and broader products organisation
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
- Good knowledge and experience of the payments industry, local payments market and ecosystem. Knowledge of Visa business and its products and services is a plus
- Go-To-Market experience in technology roles
- Ability to bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem-solving, ideally with experience in consulting or an in-house strategy function
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, and delivering results
- Excellent relationship builder - Collaborative, diplomatic and flexible with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels
- Willingness and ability to get hands-on with other teams, incl. cluster Product, Marketing, Sales, or Client Services, and deep-dive into commercial or solution challenges and drive success
- Pro-active and effective communicator, with experience at presenting information to all levels, with the ability to facilitate group discussions and communicate effectively across geographic and functional lines and levels
- Hands-on attitude, feeling comfortable to roll up the sleeves and going into the detail, but maintaining a good sense of prioritisation and cutting to the chase quickly where needed
- Curious and inquisitive problem solver - thrives in difficult and big problem spaces
