**About the job**:

- Act as the key Market Marketing Interaction and Insights engine to ensure Central Marketing plan is strategized with deep market understanding and deployed in markets according to Central requirement
- Act as the true marketing partner to marketing directors & Heads of central marketing teams by supporting and guiding markets in the creation of seamless local 360 Brand Activation plans in line with Brand guidelines exploiting and activating all brand assets in the most efficient way ensuring commerciality
- Drive the Brand house KPI’s.
- Develop, optimize, streamline, own and approve the Brand Master Plan
- Define, deploy, anchor and govern marketing market interaction / way of working
- Steer, filter, prioritize and bring to life the voice of the markets in a persuasive manner
- Ensure sufficiency of plans to deliver on our financial goals (Sales team in the lead) and integration with key business cycles (Sales Planning, Quarterly Busines Reviews, Monthly Management Discussions)
- Deliver inspiring, exciting and engaging Market Presentations & Partner Concept Sells
- Ensure timely Global Deployment for Execution in Excellence and readiness and quality of tools
- Lead consistent intermediary deployments to markets and Central Teams
- Define the story / concept sell of each Market Presentation
- Align / influence the master content with all stakeholders
- Ensure that markets are empowered to run brand & commercial operations successfully within given guidelines and frameworks (Freedom within the framework) and voice the customers', partners' and markets’ needs & requirements via Fit-for-Use Process and ensure that best practices and success stories are reapplied across markets and channels
- Define best format (in light of new strategy) and lead global Fit-for-Use process with markets (and internally) as critical part of technical requirements. Then, brief Brand Management, Brand Communication & Experience and Creative Studio
- Ensure local “excellence in execution” according to central brand standards
- Strategize and lead additional specific projects

**About you**
We are looking for a seasoned and talented Marketing professional equipped with the following skills set:

- Min. 5 years of Marketing / Go To Market / Brand Management experience in the luxury fashion and/or jewelry/accessories brands (or similar)
- Team player and project manager: ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and workstreams in parallel
- Strategic thinker and meticulous planner, able to work under pressure on new opportunities, be a problem solver and willing to always go the extra mile
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Attention to details
- International background and solid market experience is a big plus
- Excellent English skills
- University degree
- Natural change agent
