That means we're looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team - and that is where you come in We're looking for a Partner Management Team Lead to join our team of superstars at Too Good To Go in Zürich.

**Your mission**

You will coach and inspire a team of 4 Partner Managers and report to the Head of Success Switzerland. Your task is to nurture an environment where your team members can take responsibility for their performance and personal development. The team is focused on retention, optimisation and communication with our partners on the platform, inspiring them towards more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission. You will also ensure that best practices are shared and collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing and the Key Account Management team, both locally and globally.

**Your role**
- You coach and lead a team of 4 Partner Managers (PMs) and nurture an environment where they can take responsibility for their performance, objectives and personal development.
- You drive the results of your team in which each PMs focuses on retention, optimization and communication with partners that are on our platform.
- You maintain the excellent quality of our current partners while encouraging, inspiring and empowering them towards more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.
- You work with the Head of Success to deliver a team strategy and focus on long term collaborations with partners
- You ensure knowledge and best practices sharing between the PMs, Sales, Marketing and the Key Account Management team, locally and globally.
- You manage the development of the Partner Management Team and will lead and implement local and global projects
- Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency

**Requirements**:

- You have experience in building and leading a team in a commercial role such as Account Management or Relationship Management.
- Full professional proficiency (C2) in German with a strong command of English; French is a big plus.
- You are experienced in using a CRM tool.
- You think analytically and are solution-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- You are a very good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You are process-focused, continuously documenting and improving processes, sharing learnings with the global team.
- You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best.
- You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves - but you also think about the longer-term business implications and requirements.
- You are highly organised and can build structures and processes that meet business needs.
