Evergreen Team Lead

We have an opportunity for an Evergreen Team Lead to join our high performing team. To be successful in this role, you will work with complexity and scale, be customer focused, results driven and able to work collaboratively with our people, customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and supportive environment allowing the team to thrive and grow
- Enable stakeholder teams to comply with their Evergreen requirements under the well managed framework
- Provide regular, high-level management reporting about the performance of the Evergreen enabler / Control Tower
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Evergreen, to ensure that rollout aligns with BAU
- Contribute to both Technology and IAG performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance
- Leadership of multiple specialists forming a business as usual Evergreen enabler / Control Tower under IAG's well managed framework.
- Leadership of initiative/program management team to deliver enhanced customer and business outcomes
- Initiate and collaborate with key senior stakeholders to shape the execution approaches to Evergreen
- Identify and manage multiple large and complex solution integration touch-points and inter-dependencies
- Manage the delivery risk visibility and delivery risk profile of the assigned initiatives/projects/program to align with IAG's appetite for operational and strategic delivery risk
- Align senior business and technology stakeholders around objectives, priorities and approach of Evergreen
- Use relationships with all stakeholders to understand key issues and pain points with regard to Evergreen to understand and drive continual improvement in the Evergreen framework.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A distinguished track record of leading teams
- 3+ years' experience with working under frameworks (preferably Evergreen or CI/CD)
- 1+ years leading teams of specialists
- 7+ years technology experience
- SAFe experience
- A great communicator who can clearly articulate and clarify requirements
- A problem solver, who remove obstacles that inhibit the team's ability to deliver
- Inspired to relentlessly improve the Product / Service and Team performance through data insights and continually adapting and improving
