For our client, a well-known and successful automotive distribution company with pioneering mobility services in 15 countries. We are looking for a Team Leader in Accounting (100%). **Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Effective assurance of the accounting
- Month-end closing process for all automotive brands incl. a holding company in Switzerland and Austria in accordance with OR, UGB and IFRS, including reporting to Group Accounting in Spain
- Personnel and technical management of the accounting team (5 employees)
- Management of the process and corresponding tasks in close cooperation with the local controlling team and the accounting team of the subsidiaries
- Ensuring all tax settlements (direct and indirect taxes), responsibility for the implementation of the ICS
- Conducting the audit in Switzerland and Austria
- Treasury management in relation to loans from the holding company and factory payments.
- Contact person for various projects in SAP
- Collaboration transfer pricing and due diligence for M&A transactions.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Completed federal diploma in finance and accounting or other education of equal value
- First leadership experience
- Min. five years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in the industry and / or project accounting and in a Swiss registered company
- Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge, further modules are a plus
- VAT knowledge/understanding (CH at least, further countries are an advantage)
- Solid MS Office user skills, especially Excel
- Fluent English skills in spoken and written, good German skills
- Enjoyment of operational activity, hands-on mentality
- Empathetic and cheerful personality with a flair for numbers, who can also handle hectic situations
- Reliable and precise way of working as well as a customer-oriented attitude
