For our client, a leading force in the world of asset management, we are looking for an open-minded, dedicated individual for a position as Team Lead Investment Controlling in the greater Zurich area. This position offers a broad and diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. Do you have proven to be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and drive team members forward and are equipped with profound accounting skills? Do you have professional experience in fund accounting/ controlling and/ or fund auditing? Then this is the right position for you Business Proficiency in English is mandatory, German, Italian or French is a plus.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Oversee, manage and review Net Asset Value and German investor reporting processes
- Ensure timely and qualitative output delivery to clients and other stakeholders for various types of private market funds and mandates
- Review and sign off work completed by team members
- Support the audit coordination
- Build up and manage relationships across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders
- Oversee and review work carried out by internal or external service providers
- Facilitate the flow of information top down/ bottom up as well as the coordination with internal teams
- Lead a 10-15 headed team, ensuring the growth and development of the individual team members
- Point of contact in the provision of technical advice and knowledge
- Review, improve and implement controls and processes within the controlling team
- Engage in various enhancement and strategic projects

**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in fund accounting/ controlling and/ or fund auditing including previous experience in leading a team
- CPA Certification is a big plus
- You’re equipped with profound accounting as well as analytical skills and have a flair for financial analysis
- You have proven to be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and drive team members forward
- You have a way with words, an open mindset and strong interpersonal skills that come to light when working with others
- Business Proficiency in English is mandatory, German, Italian or French is a plus
