Teamleader Financial Controlling
Aufgaben
Leadership of the investment controlling team as well as its motivation and technical support / Hiring, developing and evaluating employees as well as delegating responsibility for their motivation / Responsibility for the ongoing organization in the department with maintenance and optimization of internal controls and processes / Ensuring the data quality in investment controlling / Coordination tasks for investment controlling worldwide / Maintenance and management of interfaces to specialist teams and stakeholder / Ensuring a smooth flow of information into the department's network / Controlling of external and internal information and data suppliers / Point of Contact for internal and external auditing / Maintain relationships with all investment controlling team in business units worldwide and participate in strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master with focus on accounting or financial controlling / ACCA, CPA / Experience as a manager in auditing with funds and fund management or similar professional experience with accounting for funds in Asset Management / Knowledge about fund investments in the area of unlisted companies / Team player / Leadership experience of larger teams and strong interest in the support of employees / Hands-on personality, dynamic and self-motivated / Strong communicator / Open-minded / German as well as English, both fluent.
