Aufgaben

Responsible for leading a small team and promoting employees / Responsible for monthly financial statements, analysis of financial data, variance analysis and reports of the controlling department / Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual planning / Responsible for MIS reporting / Responsible for financial forecast and 3-year planning, including the business plan / Management of controlling projects / Project initiation and management of revenue increase and cost reduction initiatives / Optimization of processes and implementation of controlling tools / Development of new budgeting models, optimization of multi-year planning, benchmarking / Participation in data warehouse workstream projects / Optimization of processes and structures / Support of CFO in strategic analyses and projects / Reorganization of the controlling department / Reporting and for top management / Giving presentations / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance / Sound professional experience in controlling/accounting, preferably in the financial services industry / Experienced as a team leader / Experience with promoting and developing employees / Knowledge of relevant controlling concepts and current developments in a modern controlling environment / Experience in project management / Strong analytical skills and critical thinking / Hands-on personality, dynamic and self-motivated / Strong communication skills / Open-minded / Excellent IT skills / German and English.
