For our client a leading supplier of medical and surgical instrument sterilization, disinfection, cleaning products and services, located in Zug, we are looking for an individual as
**Financial Controller**:
- The earliest start date is as soon as possible.
**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:
- Reviewing the monthly financial performance and deliver accurate and compliant reporting to the executive management
- Providing financial insights and identifying profitability potential to the business
- Creating ad-hoc analyzes, proposing and implementing improvements to the reporting process and data analytics
- Leading or supporting cross-functional projects to optimize global processes
- Leading and developing a junior controller
- You are responsible for strategic planning, monthly forecasting and budget
- You are a sparring partner for our Business and HQ activities in Zug (ZG) as well as our Operations in Sulgen (TG)
**REQUIRED PROFILE**:
- Masters' degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in controlling in an industrial environment, ideally as industrial and business controller
- Experience in project cost management and standard costing
- High IT and technology affinity with experience in financial systems (SAP FI-CO, Cognos)
- Accounting knowledge of SWISS GAAP FER
- Excel expert
- Proactive, problem-solver, hands-on, entrepreneurial, resilient
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
