Financial Controller Fund Cash Flow
Tasks
In the central finance department of the international asset management responsible for the financial controlling and reporting of the liquid and illiquid fund portfolios, including the financial analysis of different strategies / Monitoring of the development of the fund portfolios, their financial key figures as well as the monitoring of the data quality in the financial systems / Ongoing monitoring of primary and secondary portfolios as well as cash and credit transactions / Participation in the controlling of the financial fund performance, in the regular mandate settlements and in the post-calculations / Collaboration in the quarterly invoicing & reimbursement processes of the asset management mandates / Collaboration in the periodic IFRS valuation and review process / Collaboration in the monthly reporting processes for various key financial figures of the fund strategies and in the documentation of the reporting contents, including ongoing adjustments and changes / Ongoing further development of the Management Information System MIS, development of tools and adaptations to the latest market conditions / Collaboration in the development and improvement of existing controlling and reporting tools and processes / Interface management within the finance department / In collaboration with IT, ongoing optimization of the finance department's operational IT processes and systems.
**Requirements**:
Master or Bachelor in Business Administration with focus on Banking & Finance / Experience with the financial issues of the fund industry or portfolio management in banking / Work experience in a bank, in a BigFour or in financial consulting / Good understanding of processes and contexts / Analytical personality with methodical approach / Initiative, accurate and organized personality, who is always ready to take on challenges / Ability to multitask and work under pressure / Team player, flexible, resilient, determined and committed / Likes to work in an international and multicultural environment / Very good communication skills / Flair for IT, IT processes and IT systems / Skilled with MS Office, especially with Excel and databases / German as well as English.
