Aufgaben
Leading, motivating as well as furthering the fund accounting team, including reviews and appraisals / Responsible for fund accounting, fund controlling, Net Asset Value calculations, reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders, etc. / Responsible for timely and high-quality results for private market funds and mandates / Control and monitor the performance and quality of team members / Hiring, developing and assessing employees / Coordination with investment controlling teams globally and facilitate information flow / Responsibility for the ongoing organization of the fund accounting area regarding the further development of internal controls and processes / Responsible for the ongoing development and review of interfaces and manage relationships to teams and stakeholders / Responsible for the supervision and controlling of the quality external service providers / Coordination work with risk management and audit as well as point of contact / Participation in global projects with a focus on investment controlling.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master in Banking & Finance or Accounting / ACCA or CPA / Passionate to work in an international environment / Extensive experience with fund accounting or Senior Manager role in audits of (private markets or private equity) funds / Experience in leading larger teams / Strong financial analysis skills / Knowledge of fund investments / Leadership experience in dealing with larger teams / Interest in driving, developing and motivating employees / Ability to provide technical advice and know-how to employees / Delegation of responsibility, promote motivation and identification with professional responsibility / Hands-on personality, dynamic and self-motivated team player / Eloquence in communication / Open minded / German and English, both a must.
