Investment Controller Private Equity
Aufgaben
Financial management of private equity fund of funds and funds mandates / Controlling of special purpose vehicles, including financial accounting, reporting and cash management / Controlling of portfolio companies and investment products and analysis of financial data / Ensuring consistency of financial information and its quality / Controlling of investment reports and reporting to investors / Determining the correct valuation / Monitoring of financial processes and ensuring that applicable deadlines are met / Supporting colleagues in the controlling team and teams in other departments e.g. portfolio management or front desks / Collaboration with the Senior Management, presentations / Interface management with internal stakeholders and the front desks as well as with external service providers, auditors and investors / Optimizing and maintaining tools, processes and systems and participating in change management projects / Ad hoc group projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting & Controlling / Professional experience at a fund manager, asset management company, bank or in a BigFour company as consultant or auditor with a focus on funds/ Experience with funds or private equity investments / Analytical, accurate personality with high self-motivation and the and the ability to work independently / Interest in sharing information and maintaining teamwork / IT affinity, knowledge of standard software in banking or asset management, Excel, VBA and SQL skills / Languages: German and English.
