Investment Controller Private Equity
Aufgaben
Als Mitarbeiter des Private Equity(PE)-Controlling-Teams verantwortlich für eine breite Palette von Aufgabenstellungen wie laufende Finanzanalysen, Review der PE-Investments, Reconciliation der Daten, die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse / Koordination der Finanzzahlen und Finanzflüsse mit den globalen Teams / Mitarbeit bei Finanz-Projektionen, Cash-Management der Funds und Performance Messungen / Controlling von Private Equity Mandaten, Analyse separater Accounts und Monitoring mandatsspezifischer Verpflichtungen / Controlling einer nahtlosen operativen Abwicklung von Mandaten / Mitarbeit beim Cash Management wie Kapitalabrufe, Ausschüttungen, etc. / Bewertung der PE-Fonds in Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern, NAV-Berechnungen, Verbuchung von Bewertungen und Verarbeitung von Cash Flows / Fachlicher Support bei Mandatsverhandlungen mit Kunden / Monatliches Flash Reporting für das Senior Management und periodische, differenzierte Reports für das Senior Management und die Investoren / Point of Contact für das finanzielle Management von Portfolios und Reporting sowie für Investorenanfragen / Pflege der Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern / Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-, Budget
- und Forecast-Prozesse sowie die Optimierung von Tools, Business Prozesse und Systemen / Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung verschiedener lokaler und globaler Projekte und Initiativen.
Qualifikation
Master oder Bachelor mit Fokus auf Accounting oder Banking & Finance / Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Private-Equity-Industrie als Financial Analyst oder Investment-Controller im Management oder Audit von Funds / Kenntnisse von Investitionsgeschäften, Accounting und Bilanz / Analytisches und detailorientiertes Denken / Effektiv in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern / Erfahrung in der Koordination von Projekten und Steuerung von Prozesse / Teamorientierung / Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz / Flair für IT, fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel / Deutsch und Englisch.
