Job Description
Job information- Associate position in Secondary Private Equity transaction team based in Zurich area (Switzerland) responsible for Private Equity secondary transactions, incl. sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring;- Active team member providing support in secondary transactions project management, including industry research and business analysis; financial analysis and modeling, transaction underwriting and execution;- Support in preparing documentation for the investment committee;- Involvement in all aspects of the Private Equity Secondary investment team’s tasks;- Work in constant collaboration with global teams across our investment hubs.
**Requirements**:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in private equity, transaction services, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting;- University degree (masters) in business, management, finance, engineering or other major with MBA from a top university;- Strong analytical skills including business and sector analysis with good commercial sense;- Strong financial skills and understanding of financial statements;- Strong command of Excel, orientation to detail;- Proficient English is a prerequisite, any additional language is a plus;- Ability to work on several time-constrained projects at the same time;- Team player.
