Investment Manager (Life-Science) Private Equity in an international family office (100%)

**About Wille Finance**:
The international family office Wille Finance AG is based in Switzerland with offices in Zurich and Zug. Investments are made in three main asset classes: Real Estate, Listed Assets and Private Equity. Within Private Equity we invest into life-science and digital growth companies as well as in traditional mid cap companies (buy-out/buy-in). We are a dynamic, growing team with opportunities for talents looking for a new Investment Manager Private Equity (Life Science).

**Responsibilities**:

- Build up and manage a network of (venture) entrepreneurs, co
- investors, banks and M&A advisors (focus in Europe)
- Actively sourcing and screening new deal opportunities with a focus on life-science/ companies
- Lead the investment process including Due Diligence, negotiations and deal closing
- Portfolio Management: Monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies.
- Exit: Identification of potential exit partners, deal set up and governing the process
- Reporting to the Head of Private Equity

**Profile**:

- Swiss/EU passports or valid Swiss work permit
- From 5 up to10 years of professional experience preferably with a background and a strong network in the life-science/medtech industry (pharma/biotech/medtech)
- Strong academic background with an advanced degree in a life science/medicine-related discipline; PhDs preferred
- Experience with private equity/venture deals is a plus
- Analytical thinking combined with a hands-on business approach
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, self-driven and -starter, able to work in a small team
- Flexible, team player, hands-on, pro-active, dynamic
- Down to earth-mentality and great interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
