Controller Private Market Investment Strategies
Aufgaben
In einer Middle Office angesiedelten Funktion verantwortlich für das Controlling der Strategien der Private Market Portfolios / Controlling verschiedener Private Market-Investments mit Fokus auf Private Equity, Private Debt und Real Estate / Controlling der finanziellen Entwicklungen der Fondsinvestments, einschliesslich der Abschlüsse und Cash Flows (Capital Calls und Ausschüttungen) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fondsadministratoren und externen Alternative Investment Fund Managern (AIFM) / Erstellung der vierteljährlichen Net Asset Values (NAV) / Erstellung von Key Performance Reports für das Senior Management mit Diskussion der Ergebnisse / Mitarbeit beim Forecast, Budgetierungsprozess und bei der strategischer Planung / Beratung des Portfolio Managements oder der Investoren bei Investments / Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im Bereich der Private Market-Investments / Ad hoc Projekte und Auswertungen, die sich situativ aus dem Business ergeben.
Qualifikation
Bachelor oder Master mit Fokus auf Finance / Beruflichen Erfahrung in der Fondsindustrie, idealerweise in der Private-Equity-Branche oder Fund-of-Funds / Verständnis der Strukturen und Prozesse im Bereich Private Equity / Erfahrung im Bereich Reporting, einschliesslich der Kommentierung der Ergebnisse / Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Qualität / Präziser Arbeitsstil / Selbstständigkeit mit Leistungsfähigkeit unter Zeitdruck / Organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Festlegung von Prioritäten / Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und eloquente Kommunikation / MS Office, Excel und PP / Englisch und Deutsch.
