**Global IS Manager**:**

You will design and build a fit for purpose IS infrastructure across E-mobility including the implementation of a new single instance ERP and related systems. With your simplification mindset and eagerness to standardize you will ensure robust IS controls are in place. Collaborating with the global management team you will support in the execution of strategic IS projects. Reporting to the E-mobility CFO, you will contribute to the continued global success of the business. The preferred location is at our operational centers in Italy (Valdarno) or Netherlands (Delft).

Division Chief Financial Officer

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design and build a streamlined IS infrastructure for E-mobility with key initial focus on the implementation from an IS perspective of a new single instance ERP and related systems.
- Build and execute the IS roadmap including business case, resources, and key focus areas
- Ensure full alignment with the Global Business Transformation Manager in relation to the overall transformation strategy
- Manage the operation of the IS infrastructure in close collaboration with functional and business teams
- Drive transparency and ownership around all aspects of IS cost
- Ensure the implementation of robust IS controls for key processes
- Strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, auditors, and ABB IS teams
- Additional support to the E-mobility Global management team in the execution of strategic IS project

**Your background**:

- University degree required; Masters or any MBA preferred
- At least 15 years of work experience in information services, ideally including a leadership role
- Strong technical background combined with sound understanding of underlying business activities
- Solid experience of establishing strong and robust processes including interaction with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic, change mindset with a hands-on, action orientated, attitude
- Team player with cross-cultural communication skills combined with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders
