We are looking for a HR IS Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and/or managing projects within the global IS team which is responsible for global HR solutions being used in ABB. We are offering you possibility to work with many stakeholders withing IS and HR organizations on a global scale. The nature of projects can be different from internal IS initiatives, through a Customer focused implementations, ending up with a roles in global programs. We are looking for a person who can work with very little supervision, in a complex organizations, that can collaborate with many different stakeholders and still is focused on project’s deliverables. If you have the energy, discipline and intellectual firepower to succeed, you will find almost limitless opportunities to stretch your thinking, expand your horizons and build your skills as you work with people all over the world. You will play a key role in our team as we need to strengthen our project execution capabilities to, meet all the demand coming to global HR IS team and in order to deliver on time, on budget and with proper quality.

**This position reports to**:
IS Senior Service Owner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Successfully lead delivery of HR IS projects through planning, scheduling, execution and handover phases, according to waterfall and/or agile methodologies
- Follow specific ABB IS Project Management standards and follow compliance rules & policies
- Create and execute project’s governance by maintaining stakeholder relations, manage them and collaborate closely with IS teams and external providers
- Drive internal initiatives within HR IS area and accordingly to given requirements to seek constant improvements, enhancements, and optimizations
- Organize work of internal and external ABB teams/resources working remotely/globally
- Provide proper project reporting to different stakeholders

**Your background**:

- Not less than 3-5 years of IS Project Management with proven experience
- Ability to work with virtual teams in an international environment
- Very good leadership qualities including working under time pressure, in complex environment with a result orientation, change management, personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration, intercultural sensitivity
- Strong customer orientation and ability to speak to mid/high management stakeholders
- Any Project Management certification is a plus
- Communicate professionally in English both in written and verbal form
- Understanding of ITIL concept, managing supplier via managed services model through different contractual metrics
