Project Management Office Manager

For our client, a worldwide leading company in the field of automation, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Safeguard Project controls for GBS IS critical projects
- Define and implement a project assessment framework to ensure adherence to projects standards and IS Gate model methodology.
- Ensures compliant, consistent, correct and complete Project Data Quality at all times.
- Responsible for recommending and ensuring proper use of project control solutions, methods, techniques and measurements during Project assessment.
- Responsible to run assessments for selected projects including analysis of project performance results, control adherence and recent
- Applies standard techniques to support collection and maintenance of data for measurement for the GBS IS project portfolio.
- Provide Project Management coaching & guidance to the Project Manager (PM) community within GBS IS.
- Supports program or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
- Identifies, plans Project assessments of Projects in execution in GBS IS based on Project category, coming out of a matrix resultant of Project spend and business risk rating.
- Ensure to maintain all Project data/artifacts required for gate passing and ITGC compliance in a unified environment for easy access.
- Provides guidance or mentoring to Project teams, guiding on Project controls, assessing Project based on Gate passing criteria’s and provide recommendation to Project managers for improvements needed, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in practicing Project Assessment and portfolio performance reporting activities
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as IT Project Manager
- Strong experience in Traditional and Agile Project management
- PMP or Prince 2 practitioner certified
- Strong knowledge on portfolio, program and project support, conformance review, data Management, data visualization, method and tools, quality assurance, business risk management, consultancy
- ITIL certificated preferred
- Experience in coaching of small and middle-sized groups
- Excellent understanding of Project Data structure and Data quality require-ments
- Active listening skills & critical thinking skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, Polish is a plus
