**P2P - Process and Data Mining Expert**:

The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program (FTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. In this role you will be responsible for translating business requirements into the appropriate data/process mining solution. The role reports to P2P-Global Process Design Lead. The location is flexible globally but not based in Switzerland.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management of Strategic Data/Process Mining for P2P (Procure to Pay) globally
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge in Data/ Process Mining and its utilization
- Translate Business and compliance KPIs into actionable data.
- Manage and design Data/process mining implementation projects
- Coordinate with developers, analysts, and business users (Business Areas, FTP P2P program (GBS/Corporate)) on data modelling and business use cases to model, measure and improve processes
- Ownership and responsibility of Data/Process Mining for FPT P2P workstream globally
- Provoke, challenge, and feed the organization with new and modern ways of data usage in alignment with Analytics and Process Management in the ABB organization
- Deliver new ways to drive, predict and analyze today’s business and business processes
- Develop and execute enablement initiatives to develop Data/Process Mining skills within ABB

**Your background**:

- University degree in Business Informatics, Information Sciences, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a comparable discipline
- Several years’ experience and education in Process Mining software (Celonis knowledge is a must have)
- 4+ years of work experience in data analytics, Process Mining and/or consulting with global/international companies
- Experience with database technologies, SQL, ETL, data modelling and analytics
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP is a must have as well as P2P business process
- Structured working methods and ability to work independently with personal responsibility and a proactive approach
- Very strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive power, and a team player
- Project management & Lean Six sigma skills preferred
- Fluent in English
