R2R GPO

**Your role and responsibilities**:
As the R2R Technology Lead, you will be at the forefront of digitalizing our R2R processes. - Develop a technology vision and roadmap for the Record-to-Report (R2R) process in partnership with process owners. - Take ownership of the technical design of process solutions, ensuring seamless integration with related processes. - Oversee the management of Solution Design Documents and the creation of technical training materials. - Work closely with Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) key users to keep operations teams informed and processes current for solution maintenance. - Lead IT change control boards to obtain approval for system changes from process owners. - Set up a strong escalation procedure for solution maintenance in cooperation with ABB Information Systems (IS) and operations teams. - Possess the ability to comprehend current system capabilities and to conceptualize and implement automated internal controls within the process. - Engage with ABB technology colleagues and Process Owners to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts and costs. Location is flexible with a preference to be close to one of our hubs in Krakow, or Bangalore.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Over 10 years of experience in the fintech sector, including expertise in process and technical design.
- Beneficial background in BPO/Technology outsourcing.
- Possession of CISA or a similar qualification is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of ICOFR internal controls framework, technical control design
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Proven experience in technology leadership roles, especially in process digitalization within finance or Record to Report (R2R) settings.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and executing technology strategies and solutions.
- Expertise in technology architecture, preferably with experience in finance IT systems.
- Exceptional networking and communication skills, complemented by strong written abilities.
- Robust project management and interpersonal skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
