**Your role**- Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Understand the business drivers and needs of Wealth Management and Private Clients and Tax Reporting Services, match these with our enterprise architecture strategy to develop the domain strategy for our technology estate
- Own the communication and documentation of the strategy, syndicating with CTO, business and the development teams
- Collaborate with the teams, both hands on and in an advisory capacity to guide them through the strategy
- Get hands-on in the code building prototypes and upholding best design and engineering practice, demonstrating the patterns you would like realized
- Help the teams slice their deliveries to allow for agile and incremental delivery of business value
- Guide the team’s modernization effort from Mainframe, on-premise Java to modern cloud native microservices

**Your team**
- You will be based in Zürich, in the UBS office. You will work closely with our international teams and sponsors across European and APAC locations. You will report into the head of technical architecture for Trade and Transfer Assets Post Trade stream with a dotted line into the technical crew lead. You will be an contributor in the architecture community of practice.

**Your expertise**
- You should have a strong background of delivering software as a developer, technical lead and architect within an enterprise environment.
- In particular you should have following experience:
- At least 10 years as a developer or technical lead in an agile team environment
- Experience of continuous integration and delivery in a complex environment
- Experience integrating vendor and in-house developed solutions
- Experience of agile deliveries in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams
