The Lead Architect exercises architecture authority over their technology area of responsibility and guide Solutions Architects to ensure the integrity of the technology architecture and realize the benefits coming from standardization, synergy, and optimization of the technology landscape across Business and Domains. They shape the detailed strategy for narrow architecture of complexity within their area of responsibility and facilitate the execution on IT technology strategy to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives, while participating actively in communities of practice and other architectural bodies to ensure dissemination of best practices.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure solutions are consistent with the organization's architectural landscape
- Define and maintain architecture IT standards and blueprints for the specific domain
- Formulate target architecture, IT roadmap and reference designs. Provide architectural approvals, communicate architecture technology standards and conduct architecture reviews
- Technology Evaluation (leading architecture part of RFI/RFP)
- Coordination, support, and training for solution architects in domains. Ad hoc consulting for architecture & technology as per business need

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer systems, Information Technology, Business Engineering or similar
- 8-10 years of experience with IT infrastructure, Applications and Security Processes and Solutions.
- Customer oriented and ability to communicate with stakeholder on different levels in organization
- Strategic Thinking.
- Experience guiding and facilitating the work of groups of highly skilled professionals. Experience in global project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Ability to exercise authority and make decisions regarding the technology in scope of area of responsibility
- Experience in objectively evaluating solutions and making recommendations.
- Analyze business requirements to develop technical solution and their framework
- Ability to communicate with stakeholder on different levels in organization.
- Experience working within TOGAF or other architectural framework
- Fluent spoken and written English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
