Associate Director, Global Payer Value and Access

The Global Payer Value and Access Solutions Lead will be responsible for developing and communicating data-driven and actionable insights to our Company’s Global Market Access organization. This role will liaise closely with the Director, Payer Research to act as “First” point of contact for the global market access leaders. This person will help stand up the new capability of delivering integrated insights, analytics, and data solutions that enables the global market access to leverage data as a strategic asset for data driven decision making. This person will help scope, design, and deliver well-defined projects that serves the purpose of delivering optimal patient access for our medicines and vaccines across the globe at a price reflective of their value. Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Engage with global market access leaders on high priority projects - Be a thought leader and strategic partner for our business partners. Establish and manage close relationships with partners and stakeholders - Understand business stakeholders' priorities and help develop data and analytical solutions that support business objectives in collaboration with the broader commercial insight teams - Work with global market access leadership to prioritize the work that needs to be done considering the capacity availability - Travel may be required (
