This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of the global pricing and access strategy within the European and Canada region and providing continuous regional input to help shape the market-access strategy across Takeda’s Hematologic malignancies’ portfolio.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Access lead within the Integrated Franchise Team responsible for the execution of the global commercial strategy within the Europe and Canada region
- Key member of Disease Area Access Sub-teams (Myeloma, Lymphomas etc.)
- Leads the incorporation of regional considerations into global brand and functional plan, asset-level market access plans, payer evidence plans and insights, value proposition development, regulatory strategy
- Oversee reimbursement submissions and negotiations preparation via local pricing and market access deep dive meetings in preparation for launch and mock negotiation workshops
- Leads the identification of local payer objections and ensures responses are diligently provided by liaising with the global cross-functional team
- Maintains a pulse on all ongoing negotiations, strategically supporting any necessary adjustments needed to achieve a positive reimbursement outcome
- Responsible for knowledge and best practice sharing on the product-specific pricing and access situation across countries
- Leads the collection and validation of access and pricing related assumptions for the forecast planning cycles

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in healthcare consulting or biopharmaceuticals industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing, market access, health policy, public health, health economics, and/or international affairs showcasing increasing responsibility and experience in the same or similar roles; local affiliate experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of the EU payer environment, including HTA trends and guidance (NICE, G-BA, HAS, etc.) - such as reimbursement methodologies, pricing / reimbursement authorities’ decision-making processes, and current reimbursement issues
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in health technology assessment tools, methods and filings, payer and global pricing research, price modelling and cost-effectiveness studies
- Launch experience in an ex-US role
- Knowledge of all phases of drug development
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- .Previous experience in Oncology, particularly in multiple myeloma and/or lymphomas
- Advanced / graduate degree (PhD, MPH, MPP, MBA)
