**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**

Support value realisation for DDT EUCAN by:

- Drives the conceptualization and implementation of prioritized EUCAN DDT projects in close collaboration with cross
- functional project teams
- Develops systematic approach for prioritizing and scaling EUCAN DDT projects

**_ACCOUNTABILITIES _**_(Describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. Include only the essential functions of the job. Approximately 5 - 10 bulleted task statements should be identified)._
- Leads the implementation process for EUCAN DDT by setting up and managing respective priority projects end to end
- Drives the project set up and execution jointly with cross-functional project team
- Ensures priority projects are on track, measures and reports the impact and value to EET level
- Strategically identifies new (scaling) opportunities for EUCAN DDT priority projects (e.g., related to digital health solutions)
- Plans and designs projects within DDT function and communicates through respective channels in EUCAN on status of projects and their respective milestones, impact, achievements and next steps
- Partners with the business stakeholders across the matrix organisation in EUCAN (LOCs, HQ functions and - where necessary - GPD/Global) to create value
- Ability to transform the complex into the understandable and actionable
- Identifies interdependencies and their connections to overall regaional business goals
- Builds internal project management capability sustainably and with a long-term focus to enable business transformation

**_ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**
- Ideally academic background/degree (credibility)
- Preferrably consultancy experience
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in delivering life-science projects
- Exceptional understanding of HC environment, future trends and innovative mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills (certification is an asset)
- Strong capability to resolve complex problems
