**Your Role**
The Manager of Office Administration & Projects is responsible for spearheading initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This involves coordinating strategic programs and projects, optimizing internal processes, and implementing cutting-edge business and administration support systems. The role also entails ensuring seamless collaboration between departments to minimize transactional costs and enhance efficiency. Additionally, the Manager oversees the creation and maintenance of an efficient work environment, supports key internal events, and develops robust document management systems to manage data history effectively.
Furthermore, the Manager takes charge of various administrative tasks, including facilitating meetings, managing the Swiss Intranet site, and delivering regular reports on budget, status updates, forecasting, and risk management. They lead, direct, and coordinate programs and projects assigned by the Managing Director, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed throughout. Additionally, the Manager provides guidance on cross-functional considerations, workflow integration, and process optimization to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
**Your Profile**
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, business engineering or related
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, corporate development, business development or related fields
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Expert in project, process management and business administration
- Very good written and verbal skills in English and German
