Do you aspire to be part of a high performing transformation team within a global compliance organisation, supporting various projects and change management initiatives? As a member of the ‘Strategic Cross-Divisional Projects’ team, you will support key Compliance change initiatives. The team reports to the Head Compliance Analytics & Transformation within the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) organisation and closely collaborates with other Divisions in the Bank.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Manage the whole project life cycle, from supporting planning and writing business requirements to testing solutions, implementation and measuring success
- Work in an agile project environment, contributing to release trains and scrum teams
- Organise project meetings and prepare management slides for different boards
- Support monitoring and tracking progress of projects (e.g. deadlines, status)
- Be the point of contact for different project members on any Compliance related questions

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, law, business administration or any other related field)
- Experience in project management or business analysis
- The ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Knowledge in the area of Compliance and/or Risk is a plus
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, challenging the status quo
- Fluency in German and English, any further language is an advantage
