As part of IS Domain Effectiveness and its mandate for cross Domains Programs/Projects delivery and execution, the IS Domain Effectiveness Project Manager sets a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the project. Decides on project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile) and aligns with stakeholders. Defines the scope of the project and develops a project schedule accordingly. Ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost, and scheduling targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Project Plan / Build / Execute: Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and agreed quality.
- Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
- Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders.
- Defines, jointly with key stakeholders, all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Monitors and controls project milestones, deliverables, cost and financials. Identifies, contains and reduces risk, and ensures that all opportunities are captured and acted upon.
- Success factors: Business value realization through successful project delivery and implementation
- Ensure appropriate ABB IS Project Management standards and methods are followed.
- Is responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- Proven experience IS Project Methodology, IS Project Governance Model and Agile Project Management.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must.
- Outstanding influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community
- Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
- Strong project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved in them
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
- Excellent resource planning and task management skills
- Proven ability to build solid relationships with the customers based on trust, professionalism and transparency
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relation-ships with all stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge in project and product management
- Experience with increasing complexity, budget and business risk level
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
- Record of successful delivery of products with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodology, optimally within global corporation environment
- Organization, time management, decision making, negotiation, optimism, flexibility, persistence, quality and results orientation
- Hands-on skill or prior exposure to Nonviolent Communication (NVC; or its equivalents) highly desired
- Ability to facilitate an effective retrospective meeting, also with challenging audience (anxiety, helplessness, apathy, detachment, resignation, etc.)
- IS Project Management toolbox experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
