Dabei setzt S-GE auf ein weltweites Netzwerk mit über 3‘000 privaten und institutionellen Partnern. Zusammen mit ihnen schafft S-GE Mehrwert für ihre Kunden und damit Wohlstand für die Schweiz.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Zürich für unsere Organisation mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz und 100 Mitarbeitenden im Ausland eine/n Strategic Project Manager (80-100%).

Als Teil des Export Promotion Teams arbeiten Sie direkt mit dem Chief Export Promotion + Global Network Officer an der digitalen und operativen Weiterentwicklung von S-GE und gestalten die Lösungen zu Gunsten unserer Mitarbeiter, Partner und vor allem Kunden aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit ihren Bereichs-Kollegen aus dem Beratungsteam unterstützen Sie innovative Projekte und erarbeiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die operative Führung. Sie leisten aktive Führungsunterstützung und fungieren als Sparring Partner für den Bereich Export Promotion + Global Network.

Ihre Aufgaben
Umsetzung und Unterstützung von Strategischen Projekten im Bereich Export Promotion + Global Network
Verantwortung und Qualitätsmonitoring des Produktportfolios sowie Schulung, Entwicklung und Lancierung neuer Dienstleistungen
Analyse der Business Performance und Erstellung von Reports zur Beurteilung und Steuerung der Exportförderung für die Geschäftsleitung, den Verwaltungsrat und das Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft
Funktion als Key-User für Business-Intelligence-Tools
Durchführung von Onboardings und Betreuung von Trainees
Führungsunterstützung des Senior Director Global Consulting
Implementierung, Monitoring und Weiter-/Neuentwicklung von Programmen, Prozessen und Tools
Ihr Profil
Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in BWL/Wirtschaftsinformatik (oder äquivalent)
1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte mit diversen Stakeholdergruppen und/oder interdisziplinären Teams
Erfahrung im Führen von Veränderungsprozessen
Strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Vorgehensweise mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz
Begeisterungsfähige und vernetzt denkende Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten
Macher-Mentalität und einem hohen Mass an Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement im Rahmen der Umsetzung neuer digitaler Angebote
Starke Analytische Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
Hohe Affinität und Interesse an Technologie, der Arbeit mit Daten und Freude am Erlernen neuer Themen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französisch und Italienisch sind ein Plus
