The UBS key4 team as part of the Channels & Platform sector is looking for a junior project manager to - take ownership in the strategic evolution of UBS key4, co-shaping our digital product roadmap across all products and services - identify, develop, and drive new ideas to bring UBS key4 to the next level jointly with our client needs and foundation streams - facilitate and manages dependencies in the IT delivery with an end-to-end perspective, coordinating stakeholders - drive additional projects with end-to-end responsibility as part of the Chief of Staff team - support UBS' senior management in strategic analyses and ad-hoc requests Description du profil - holds a first-class Bachelor's or Master's degree - has gained first work experience in a relevant field (Strategy Consulting, Financial Industry with focus on strategy/digitization) - is confident in PowerPoint & Excel tools to solve complex problems and present digestible syntheses - fluent in English; German is advantageous You are - an entrepreneurial problem-solver with client focus - strong in analytical analyses and strategic foresight - affine to digital services and the financial industry - challenging yourself day-to-day and curious to explore new fields - resilient and capable to deliver excellent results in stress situations
