Der/die Project Leader Strategic Initiatives leitet Projekte, welche die Umsetzung des kreativen Ansatzes von Micasa sicher stellen, von der Konzeptonalisierung bis zur Markteinführung. Er/sie berichtet an den Creative Director und ist die Schnittstelle zwischen der kreativen Vision der Marke, diversen internen Stellen und externen Partnern.**Micasa**:

**Was du bewegst**:

Selbständige Führung von übergeordneten Projekten, die in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung der Produkt
- und Markenstrategie stehen
Leitung des transversalen Projektteams (interne und externe Partner, auch aus dem kreativen Bereich)
Konzeption, Strukturierung, Planung, Umsetzung und Berichtigung der Projekte, Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf jeder Phase
Erreichung der Ziele in Bezug auf Ästhetik, Nachhaltigkeit, Markenimage, Qualität, Kosten und Einhaltung der Deadlines
Unterstützung des Creative Directors bei Projekten mit kreativer Komponente und Ad-hoc-Aufgaben

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)**:

Ausbildung an einer Kunsthochschule oder Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft mit Vertiefung Marketing

**Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle**:

in der Design-, Inneneinrichtungs-, Mode
- oder Textil-Branche

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:
**Französisch (gute Kenntnisse)**:

Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten die Produktentwicklung und Kreativität miteinander verbinden
Projektmanagement Know-how kombiniert mit Sensibilität für Design, Inneneinrichtung, Mode oder Textilien
Begeisternde und kollaborative Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit kreative Entwicklungsprozesse zu begleiten und Teams transversal zusammenzuführen
Gespür für Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit sowie Sinn für die Zweckmässigkeit und Funktionalität des Objekts
